Re-make Timeline

This timeline shows how many titles there would be if the film is a mainstream. This will help us as we can see what type of titles we need to add and how long they need to be shown for in a mainstream film opening.

The Re-make - the actual film opening

This will help us when making our own film opening because we now have more experience editing and will now have a rough understanding about the order of credits. This will make the process a lot quicker as we will know what to do straight away without researching everything, this means we will have more time to go over everything, making the opening look as good as possible. The length of the film was quite hard to do, therefore we had to add more stuff to it, this gave us the experience that we might need for our own opening as we may not film enough at the start, this means we will film a lot more before we edit so we can make it a realistic and reasonable time.

The Re-make

We chose to Re-make a film opening in order for us to get inspiration and to understand what is needed in a film opening for example; titles, how long each name needs to be up for depending on who they are and their role, ect. It was good practice for our group throughout the whole process of production and post-production as we all had a go at both filming and editing. This was good preparation for our final film opening as we all know what is expected of a film opening and the standards we have to reach for it to be successful.
